The Leadership Factory – a Tack TMI Company, 09th May 2022
The Scottish Palliative Care Association is working with The Leadership Factory – a Tack TMI company, to run a nationwide leadership development programme as part of its annual Giving Forward initiative.
The Women’s Leadership Accelerator Programme, is designed to support and develop women in leadership within palliative care settings across Scotland.
Delivered by The Leadership Factory, the programme was supported by 28 women leaders and experts as coaches, mentors and masterclass speakers from organisations including the University of Glasgow, CalMac, Business Stream, Police Scotland and Network Rail.
