Tack TMI developed a hybrid managerial training programme to support its senior managers. The core learning was structured around 3 interactive workshops in cohorts of 20 people, complemented by accountability pods in smaller groups to share experiences. Local discovery sessions were also carried out to deliver culturally aligned training worldwide.
