Tack TMI & Henkel Win Silver for Best Corporate Learning University
Tack TMI, a global learning and development organisation, has won Silver in the Best Corporate Learning University category at the 2026 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®, in partnership with Henkel.
The award recognises Built by the Business, for the Business: The Henkel Adhesives Professional Campus, a global, business-led corporate university created to strengthen the commercial capabilities of Henkel Adhesives’ customer-facing teams. The Campus serves approximately 6,500 learners worldwide.
In 2025, the Campus delivered 3,165 training seats across 318 cohorts. Flagship programmes such as Sustainability Based Value Selling and Professional StorySelling achieved Net Promoter Scores of 76 and 94 respectively, reflecting strong learner engagement and satisfaction.
The Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® are among the most prestigious recognitions in learning and development, evaluating entries on business alignment, program design, adoption, and measurable results. The Best Corporate Learning University category specifically recognises organisations that have built structured, scalable learning ecosystems – combining curricula, delivery formats, and governance – to develop capability across an entire business function or workforce. Winning Silver places the Henkel Adhesives Professional Campus among the leading corporate learning initiatives recognised globally in 2026.
