A Strategic Approach to Learning Design
The “Scuole di Mestiere” initiative is built on a comprehensive, structured training process that lasts between three and six months. The journey begins with a thorough organisational analysis: understanding the company’s context, internal needs, and future challenges is crucial to creating a School that is fully integrated into the organisation.
Next, Tack TMI Italy works alongside the company to identify core job profiles and co-design the School’s identity and architecture. The training design encompasses both macro and micro-level planning, the selection of faculty, and the delivery of Train the Trainer sessions, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and continuity.
The learning experience is highly practical, combining technical classrooms that replicate actual production processes with workshops that develop behavioural competencies. Additionally, immersive technologies are used to foster an engaging, experiential learning environment.
A Scalable, Adaptable Model for Diverse Industries
The “Scuole di Mestiere” model is designed to be flexible, scalable, and adaptable to various production settings. Tack TMI Italy is already deploying this project across new industries, tailoring the approach to meet the specific needs of each organisation.
Our mission remains clear: to offer a practical, results-driven training approach that champions craftsmanship and delivers sustainable value in the long term.
