Istanbul, 3rd September – Tack TMI Türkiye has won Bronze in the Best Competencies and Skill Development category at the 2026 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®, in partnership with Fiba Renewables.
The award recognises the Development Journey, a nine-month competency development journey created for Fiba Renewables’ Assistant Specialists, Specialists, and Senior Specialists. The journey was designed not as a one-off training intervention, but as a meaningful development journey that employees could engage with, apply, and own.
The HCM Excellence Awards® recognise organisations that successfully develop and deploy programs, strategies, technologies, and solutions that deliver measurable business results and advance excellence in Human Capital Management. The Best Competencies and Skill Development category specifically recognises programmes that build critical, business-relevant capabilities in a structured and sustained way, rather than through isolated training sessions.
Combining a purposeful launch, eight connected competency modules, personal commitment letters, and a Development Follow-Up Workshop, the Development Journey was built to turn awareness into sustainable workplace behaviour. Across 18 training days, 38 participants engaged with modules covering self-awareness, learning agility, change management, problem solving, emotional resilience, communication, planning, and result orientation.
The journey delivered measurable business impact, including a strengthened future leadership pipeline, greater ownership and initiative among participants, and more constructive responses to pressure and change – with individual 30–60–90 day action plans helping sustain progress well beyond the programme itself.

Together with Fiba Renewables, we went beyond a traditional training programme and built a nine-month development journey where each step was connected and learning was continuously brought back into the workplace. This is Tack TMI’s fourth award at the 2026 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®, following Gold, Silver, and Bronze wins earlier this year in partnership with Unilever and Henkel.
Entries were evaluated by a panel of independent industry experts, Brandon Hall Group™ analysts, and executives based on:
- Alignment to business need and environment
- Program design, functionality, and delivery
- Adoption, integration, user experience, innovation, and creativity
- Overall effectiveness, impact, and measurable benefits
Award winners will be honoured at the Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Conference, taking place January 26–28, 2027.
