Tack TMI & Unilever Win Bronze for Best Custom Content
Tack TMI, a global learning and development organisation, has won Bronze in the Best Custom Content category at the 2026 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®, in partnership with Unilever.
The award recognises Leadership for Future Manufacturing: A Programme for First Line Managers, developed to strengthen leadership capability among Unilever’s frontline manufacturing managers. The programme is grounded in real shop-floor scenarios, helping managers build the skills to lead teams effectively in complex manufacturing environments.
In 2025, the programme reached 250 participants across 11 sites, achieving Net Promoter Scores of up to 97 – a strong indicator of how relevant and engaging participants found the custom-built content.
The Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® are among the most prestigious recognitions in learning and development, evaluating entries on program design, innovation, adoption, and measurable impact. The Best Custom Content category specifically recognises bespoke learning materials built for a defined audience – assessing how well content is designed, produced, and tailored to engage learners and support real-world application, rather than the business results it drives. Winning Bronze places Leadership for Future Manufacturing among the standout custom content initiatives recognised globally in 2026.
