Tack TMI & Unilever Win Gold for Best Results of a Learning Program
Tack TMI, a global learning and development organisation, has won Gold in the Best Results of a Learning Program category at the 2026 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®, in partnership with Unilever.
The award recognises Leadership for Future Manufacturing: A Programme for First Line Managers, developed to strengthen leadership capability among Unilever’s frontline manufacturing managers. Their leadership behaviours have a direct impact on operational performance, safety, and engagement across Unilever’s global manufacturing network.
This marks the second consecutive year that Tack TMI and Unilever have won Gold at the Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®, having previously won Gold in the Best Leadership Development Program for Frontline Leaders category in 2025 for the same programme.
The programme delivered measurable business impact, including Net Promoter Scores of up to 97, a c.10% improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness at pilot factories, and an Estimated Performance Improvement of 12.87%.
The Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® are among the most prestigious recognitions in learning and development, evaluating entries on business alignment, program design, adoption, and measurable results. The Best Results of a Learning Program category specifically recognises programmes that demonstrate clear, measurable business outcomes – such as improved performance, productivity, or behaviour change – rather than design or content alone. Winning Gold places Leadership for Future Manufacturing among the most impactful learning initiatives recognised globally in 2026.
